About the case study

Grom combined two of Codewalla’s expertise, augmented reality (AR) and healthcare technology. Grom is a medical AR application that offers users orthopedics services and connects them to doctors for easy prescription processing. And the Codewalla team has been with Grom, from conceptualizing and designing the product to launching the product.

Grom started as a tablet app that allowed patients to scan their feet and generate data for medical professionals to create molds to address the issue. The app also allows the users to place, manage and track their orders and gives clinicians access to the prescriptions to process the orders through the intuitive state-of-the-art interfaces.

In addition to building the product, the Codewalla team also designed the supply chain for Grom, including the customer care chat access, mobile ordering interface, and digital order tracking. What started as a small product (orthopedic scanner) has now turned into an enterprise medical workflow product. Grom has now diversified its product offerings to serve more customers across multiple domains connecting businesses with their customers.
